Move the mouse cursor over 'Accessories' and a third list will appear. Windows 95 users may find a listing called 'Dial-Up Networking' in this list, if not move the mouse over the 'Communications' icon, and the next list contains the Dial-Up Networking icon. (See Figure 3.)
